New Interim President for Kansas City Art Institute

On December 3 The Kansas City Art Institute will operate under new leadership. Tony Jones will serve as Interim President for at least 18 months. Tony will handle daily operations while the KCAI Board of Trustees will undergo a full time international search for a permanent president

Tony has served as chancellor and president emeritus of The Chicago Art Institute, directed the Royal College of Art in London, and became Commander of the British Empire in 2003. He and his wife plan to move to Kansas City while he serves as KCAI Interim President.
