The Mulvane Loans Painting to Embassy in Moscow

Cally Krallman, Grazing on the Prairie

The Art in Embassies program of the U. S. State Department recently contacted the Mulvane Art Museum to lend several large paintings to the American Embassy in Moscow.  The ambassador to Russia is originally from Wisconsin and would like landscapes of the Midwest and West for the embassy.   He selected works by Joan Foth, Cally Krallman, Jerry Gaddis, Helen Hodge, and Bea Opalka.
